Most cleaning companies do one thing. Tidy Kiwi covers the inside and the outside — the weekly house clean, the office after hours, the carpets, the end-of-tenancy scrub, the Airbnb turnover between guests, the car, and the lawns and hedges.

That matters more than it sounds. Booking one crew for the house and the garden means one conversation, one schedule and one set of people who already know how to get in, where the power points are, and which gate sticks.

Local, and specifically Auckland

We are based at 7/673 Sandringham Road in Sandringham and clean across all of Tāmaki Makaurau — Central, the North Shore, West, East and South Auckland. Being on this side of the city means a Central or isthmus job is usually a short drive, and the rest of Auckland is a normal part of the week rather than a special trip.

Auckland properties have their own quirks: villas with original timber floors, apartments with tight lift access, homes that get damp through winter, and lawns that will not stop growing from September. Local work means knowing that before turning up.

How we work

You tell us the space and what needs doing. We quote it, book a window, and arrive with everything required — no borrowing your vacuum, no trip to the shops halfway through.

We work Monday to Saturday, 7 am to 6 pm, which covers most weekday-evening and Saturday-morning bookings for people who are out during the day. Recurring cleans keep the same crew wherever we can — consistency is most of what makes a cleaning arrangement work.
